Netball Victoria Membership Fees Explained

Netball Victoria Membership is paid once per year which covers you in multiple competitions and seasons. If you pay for winter, you won't be charged this fee again for Spring.   Netball Victoria requires each player to be registered through them for insurance reasons. This is paid annually and covers the player for any Netball Victoria sanctioned competition and is additional to our club fees. This fee needs to be paid before the player can train and play with our club. Click here for more information.

Team Officials

Each team has a coach which can be club appointed or a volunteer parent or older sibling and each team is required to have a Team Manager who arrange training and team correspondence. Training nights are held one night per week at St Monica’s Primary School in Moonee Ponds. This is determined on the coaches availability.

Training Guidelines

At St Monica's Netball Club out highest priority is to ensure that we provide you and your children with an environment that is as safe and risk free as possible.

St Monica's Netball Club has an agreement with St Monica's Primary School to access the facilities for training sessions. We have worked together to establish conditions that are required for this access to continue. We are very fortunate to be able to train at the school and need to be diligent in adhere to these conditions.

As a grassroots, volunteer run club, training days are set based on coach availability. Our training sessions take place after school at St Monica's Primary in the senior yard. We may need to adjust training days or times to manage court space and ensure all 13 of our teams have room to train safely. Reminder: Coaches are there to train the children in netball skills. It is important that parents and guardians take the utmost responsibility for the supervision of their child, siblings and any other child in your care.
